All pan dulce is made with as many local to Georgia ingredients as possible. I am only offering pick up in Decatur, GA; I am unable to ship any pan dulce. Please submit your order inquiry at least one week in advance of the date you’ll need any pan dulce.

RASPBERRY PISTACHIO
At Heart’s signature concha, the first concha flavor I ever made. Salty pisatchio paste is mixed into the crunchy topping; freeze-dried raspberry gets crushed into a fine powder and mixed with cane sugar, then sprinkled on top right after baking.

LA CONCHA (Available all year)
Enriched bread dough covered with a crunchy sugar cookie-like topping, scored to resemble a seashell. Flavors include: vanilla bean, chocolate, strawberry, and funfetti.

MASA PILONCILLO CC COOKIE
The At Heart Panadería signature chocolate chunk cookie, made with Masienda Red Masa Harina and piloncillo as its main sweetener, with Guittard semi-sweet chocolate discs throughout.

MASA HARINA SUGAR COOKIE WITH SEASONAL FRUIT GLAZE
The classic sugar cookie gets remixed with the addition of masa harina. For the winter season, the cookie gets glazed with fresh tangerine or blood orange juice and topped with candied citrus.

PECAN ALFAJORES DUSTED WITH RASPBERRY SUGAR
The classic South American cookie with an At Heart Panaderia twist. Toasted Georgia pecans in the dough, house-made & small batch dulce de leche, dusted with a ground freeze-dried raspberry and confectioner’s sugar mixture and rolled in toasted coconut flakes.

MASA EMPANADAS (SAVORY)
Empanada dough gets a boost of corn flavor with a bit of masa harina. Fillings available: mushroom tinga, papas with pinto beans and Monterey Jack cheese, chorizo with papas and roasted poblano peppers. Comes with a choice of side of roasted rojo salsa, creamy jalapeno and cilantro sauce or poblano chimichurri. Empanadas are packaged room temperature and will need to be heated before serving.
